Kelly Treesh is the founder and President of Multifamily Consulting, LLC. Ms. Treesh has assembled a team of the brightest minds in the Multifamily Industry to meet the needs of each and every client. Through strategic alliances, Multifamily Consulting, LLC is able to provide each of its clients with a customized team of Apartment Industry professionals to meet the specific needs of each organization.
Kelly has a bachelors degree from Purdue University in Organizational Communications and 19 years of experience in the Multifamily Real Estate Industry. Ms. Treesh has established a reputation as an innovative leader and powerful negotiator with a proven record of results through maximizing income, expense control and mentoring management skills.
Kelly’s property management experience includes, single and multi-site management, new construction, luxury market rate, and tax credit communities. Ms. Treesh specializes in the repositioning of troubled sites, developing of ancillary service programs, and contract negotiations. In addition, Kelly has been active in several apartment associations, teaching CAM classes, and developing and teaching sales, marketing and fair housing seminars.
Ms. Treesh is also a member of the Womble Carlyle Real Estate Technology Team. This team of professionals offers real estate developers and asset managers a comprehensive approach to technology planning in order to integrate state-of-the-art technology, deliver technology-enabled services, and maximize their customer options in a dynamic and volatile marketplace. Ms. Treesh serves as a Property Mangement and Real Estate Technology expert.
Ms. Treesh also held the position of National Manager of New Business Development for CAIS Internet’s multifamily sales division. While there Ms. Treesh was responsible for contributing to new business opportunities, revenue sources and coordinating of strategic alliances. In addition, Ms. Treesh became an internal consultant and acted as the apartment industry expert within the multifamily sales division.
